Interface types and processes of LCM

LCM  provides a standard lcd display driver interface (4 bits, 8 bits, vga and other different types). Users operate according to the interface requirements to control the correct display of lcd. LCM glass is a higher integration lcd product, for small size lcd display, lcm can be easily connected with various microcontrollers (such as single chip microcomputer). 

However, for large size or color lcd display, it generally takes up a considerable part of the resources of the control system or can not be controlled at all. For example, 320 × 240256 color lcm, is displayed in 20 fields per second (that is, 20 times a second full screen refresh display). The amount of data transmitted in one second is as high as 320 × 240 × 8 × 20=11.71875mb or 1.465 mb. if the standard mcs-51 series single chip microcomputer is allowed to process it, suppose the movx instruction is reused to transmit the data continuously. 


Considering the address calculation time, at least the clock of 421.875mhz is needed to complete the transmission of data, which shows that the amount of data processed is huge. The resolution of fax is scanning density, the higher the resolution, the higher the accuracy of scanning, which can be divided into vertical resolution and horizontal resolution. Vertical resolution refers to the number of pixels per millimeter on the vertical horizontal line, and horizontal resolution refers to the number of pixels per millimeter on the parallel horizontal line. 

According to the international standards of three kinds of fax machines, the horizontal resolution is 8 pixels / mm, so the resolution of fax machine is generally expressed as 8 pixels / mm × vertical pixel / mm,. In general, we save the horizontal resolution and only use vertical resolution to represent the resolution. There are three kinds of vertical resolutions: standard 3.85 pixels / mm, fine 7.7 pixels / mm, hyperfine 15.4 pixels / mm.

The process of LCM:

LCM process (liquid composite molding, composite liquid molding technology refers to the composite liquid molding technology represented by rtm,rfi and rrim. The main principle is to lay the preform of the reinforcement material designed according to the performance and structure requirements in the mold cavity, and to inject the special injection resin into the resin film in the closed mold cavity or the heating melting mold cavity by using the injection equipment.


 The die has a peripheral sealing and fastening, as well as an injection and exhaust system to ensure the smooth flow of resin and the discharge of all gases and thoroughly infiltrated fibers in the mold cavity, and the mold has a heating system that can be heated and cured to form composite components. Lcm (liquid crystal module), is the liquid crystal module.
