What is the difference between led display and lcd display

- Oct 21, 2019-

The led (light-emitting diode) display has the advantages that the navigation of the webpage has been canceled in terms of brightness, power consumption, visual angle and refresh rate compared with the lcd (light-emitting diode) display. The light-emitting diode (led) technology can be used for manufacturing a display which is thinner, brighter and clearer than the lcd.

1, The power consumption ratio of the led and the lcd display is about 1:10, and the led is more energy-saving.

2. Led has a higher refresh rate and better performance in video.

3. The light-emitting diode (led) provides a viewing angle with a width of 160 degrees, and can display various kinds of text, digital, color image and animation information, and can play the color video signals such as television, video, vcd, dvd and the like.

 4. The reaction speed of a single element of the led (light-emitting diode) display screen is 1000 times of that of the lcd (light-emitting diode) liquid crystal screen, can not be misinterpreted under strong light, and is suitable for low-temperature of minus 40 degrees. In brief, lcd and led are two different display technologies, lcd is a display screen composed of liquid crystal, and led is a display screen composed of light-emitting diodes.
