1. Detection method

2. Visual inspection


The person who inspects the LCD screen should wear an electrostatic wristband and eight finger cots on both hands. On the one hand, it can reduce contamination, and it can also effectively prevent static electricity from harming the LCD screen. When the appearance of foreign matter or dotted LCD screen is detected, it is necessary to use film to compare the size.


Three, electrical test


The electrical test of lcd liquid crystal display means to test the lcd liquid crystal display through the point, mainly to test the function of the lcd liquid crystal display, the electrical test uses the electrical test frame, the motherboard, the power cord and the single-chip microcomputer. Four, inspection environment


LCD LCD screen testing environment also has certain requirements. General electrical testing station: illuminance below 200LUX, appearance station: illuminance 600LUX-1000LUX, inspection time: 1 second-3 seconds.
